Cake Affection

Went here for the first time for the Harry Potter treats (Harry's birthday July 31). The shop was very cute inside and decorated with HP paraphernalia, and they had a wide variety of HP themed desserts. The (I assume owner) was very helpful and friendly. It was exceptionally apparent that he takes great pride in his shop and their baked goods. My mother and I each got a butterbeer (yum!) and a pumpkin hand pie (aka pumpkin pasties - if you read the books) and a cupcake each to go. The pumpkin pastie were so good, better than the ones you can get at the WWoHP, and the butterbeer was spot on. I had my sticky toffee cupcake later that evening and let me just say, it was the BEST CUPCAKE EVER!!! My mother got the butterbeer cupcake and she said it was amazing as well. I will definitely be returning to try some of their "non themed" confections (Im talking to you lemon meringue cupcake) soon, as well as every year on July 31 when they honor HP's birthday.

Customer service is always fantastic, smells amazing, small business, and tastes even better than it smells. Yes, they’ve got shortened hours of operation, but it makes it even more special when you get in

Always greeted with kindness from this family bakery. Love the seasonal options. I love to bake for my family but I like taking a break and let someone else provide unique treats I cannot find anywhere else.

The best cupcake I have tried in the US. Moist, creamy, and very flavorful. The blueberry filling was incredible. Staff is very friendly. They have a lot of flavor options, around $5 dollars each cupcake.

Where do I start about how delicious these cupcakes are. Let's just say I got 6 and there's only 1 left. My family definitely enjoyed them. And the coffee to go with it was soooo yummy. Thanks so much for such a wonderful experience and I'll have to come back again to see what new flavors you're going to have in the New Year.
